近期一名中醫師指出,定期的性生活可能是保持身體健康的關鍵。根據《紐約郵報》報導[1],這位醫師名叫鄭妮娜,在TikTok上擁有28萬粉絲,經常在平台分享各種醫學知識。她最近在一段影片中表示,性生活不足也可能會導致疾病。

此外,根據哈佛大學的一項研究,積極的性生活也是身體健康的指標之一。該研究針對32000名男性進行調查,發現頻繁射精可以降低患攝護腺癌的風險,並指出增加性生活頻率可以使罹患攝護腺癌的風險降低33%。
醫學專家還指出,對於單身者來說,自慰也有助於預防疾病,只要能達到高潮。然而,有研究顯示,男性和女性的性高潮次數應比《素女經》建議的更頻繁。
